Today, I’d like to share some chamomile tea arrangement recipes—perfect for the change of seasons.


Marshmallow Chamomile Tea


【Recipe】

  • 25ml ume syrup
  • 160ml chamomile tea
  • 4 marshmallows
  • A dash of cinnamon powder

1.Add ume syrup to hot chamomile tea.

2.Top with marshmallows (cut into smaller pieces if you like).

3.Finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.

When cut into small pieces, marshmallows melt quickly. The combination of the fluffy aroma of cinnamon with the sweet-and-tart flavor of ume syrup is irresistible. Enjoy it like a dessert as the marshmallows melt into your tea.

Ginger Chamomile Tea


【Recipe】

  • 30ml ume syrup
  • 160ml chamomile tea
  • 1/2 piece fresh ginger (about 5g)

1.Add ume syrup to hot chamomile tea.

2.Grate the ginger, squeeze out the juice, and add to the tea.

The ginger adds a refreshing kick that sharpens the flavor. It’s the perfect drink to enjoy before bedtime.
