Please make a reservation for the number of people who will be making the product. Reservations are not required for visitors. Please note that we are a very small store. Please understand this in advance.

For umeshu(plum wine), there is no time limit. For ume syrup, please refrigerate after one week and consume as soon as possible.

You can take it home as checked baggage using a special silicone cap.

Under Japanese law, persons under 20 years of age are not allowed to make umeshu (plum wine). However, you can make ume syrup.

You can make as many bottles as you want within the time frame.

Yes, you can keep your purchased items at the Kamakura store on the day of purchase.
