Iced Rooibos Tea

【Recipe】
- 160 ml rooibos tea
- 30 ml ume syrup
1.Brew the rooibos tea strong, then chill quickly with ice.
2.Pour in the ume syrup and it’s ready.
The gentle sweetness and tartness of ume syrup enhance the slight astringency of rooibos tea, with the refreshing aroma of ume making a perfect match.
Spiced Orange Rooibos Tea

【Recipe】
- 40 ml ume syrup
- 150 ml rooibos tea
- 50 ml orange juice
- Clove powder (to taste)
1.Pour ume syrup, orange juice, and rooibos tea into a glass in that order.
2.Sprinkle with clove powder and serve.
(For a hot version, warm the rooibos tea and orange juice in the microwave before adding.)
The citrusy acidity of orange and ume blends beautifully with the unique flavor of rooibos, creating a refreshing drink.
Chai-Style Rooibos Tea (Hot)
【Recipe】
- 40 ml ume syrup
- 200 ml rooibos tea
- 50 ml almond milk
- Cinnamon powder (to taste)
1.Warm the almond milk in the microwave at 600W for about 1½ minutes.
2.Pour ume syrup, rooibos tea, and almond milk into a cup in that order.
3.Sprinkle with cinnamon powder to finish.
