Benisashi This is a special plum experience limited to repeat customers that you can make on the day of release. (This is a workshop event held at the store for repeat customers who own the Choya Ume kit and their companions.)
“Beniei ” is a rare variety with only about 300 producers and only a small amount of production.
Benei is a variety representative of Fukui Prefecture, the largest production area on the Sea of Japan coast. The name comes from the way it turns a slight red color when exposed to sunlight.
Although it is a variety that can withstand severe cold, it is sensitive to heat, and production has been on the decline due to global warming in recent years.
At Choya, we harvest Benei after it has reached a certain stage of ripeness, and offer Benei with a strong sour taste. It has an orange peel-like aroma and a soft fruit with a silky texture.

In the special plum experience, So that you can fully enjoy ``Beniei'', You can enjoy an arrangement of the regular plum experience, such as experiencing plum grass mochi using plums pickled in Benei syrup.

For the plum experience on the day, a regular fee will be charged depending on the material you choose.
*The reserved ticket price of ¥ 500 is a deposit, so you will receive a ¥ 500 discount when paying at the store.

・This workshop is aimed at repeat customers who own the Choya Ume kit and their companions.
・This is a small group program with a capacity of 4 people at the Kyoto store and 6 people at the Kamakura store.
・Please purchase tickets for the number of people who will be participating. (up to 2 people )
・If you bring the bottle and cosmetic box that you previously made, you can make it for the price of the materials only.
・The person who applied must be present on the day.
・Please note that the event may be canceled due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or infectious disease situations. (In that case, we will contact you to that effect.)
・We will prepare the materials, so please refrain from canceling without permission.

《About cancellation》
The customer cannot cancel the application after it has been submitted. There is no cancellation fee for cancellations up to 3 days before the event date, but 100% of the participation fee will be charged for cancellations from 2 days before the event date. If you wish to cancel, please be sure to contact each store by email.
