This is an experience-based shop where you can make drinks using plums, a traditional Japanese fruit, as well as your own handmade syrups and alcoholic beverages. Produced by CHOYA, one of Japan's leading liqueur manufacturers.
What is plum?
Plums are a traditional fruit that has been passed down to Japan for 2000 years. It contains many organic acids and minerals and is used in syrups, liqueurs, pickles, etc.

- If you want to make it in-store, you need to make a reservation.
- Keep the plums frozen until you make them. You can put it on dry ice (¥220) and carry it with you for up to 2 hours.
- The bottle lid is not completely airtight. When taking it home by plane, please use the special sealing cap (¥440).
- Under Japanese law, alcohol can only be sold to customers over 20 years of age.
