Choya's ume concierge will teach you how to enjoy umes, and you can make your own umeshu(plum wine) or syrup in the store using your favorite umes, sugar, and alcohol.

First-time visitors

① Choose the bottle size

S (1 serving), M (3 servings), L (6 servings)
The bottles can be reused.
From the second time onwards, you can use it repeatedly for just the cost of materials (approximately 1/3 to 50% of the price of the kit).

②Select umes

Choose from Fully-ripened Nanko, Gojiro, Fukudayu, Oshuku, or Purple Queen.

③Select sugar

Choose from Rock sugar, Beet sugar, Konpeito, Organic Agave Syrup, or Honey.

④ Sake (not necessary if using ume syrup)
