一晩でOK!簡単<div>「梅シロップのドライフルーツ漬け」

Hello everyone,
This is Nakao, Ume Concierge at the Kamakura store.

For those who want to explore even more originality with their ume syrup, here are two special ways to enjoy it.

By simply adding dried fruits to your finished ume syrup, you can infuse it with a natural fruity aroma, transforming it into an even more luxurious syrup. Unlike fresh fruits, dried fruits don’t compromise the syrup’s shelf life, so you can use them with peace of mind.

Add Color and Aroma with Mixed Dried Fruits

【Recipe】

  • 120 ml ume syrup (one Choya Ume Kit, medium size)
  • 20 g mixed dried fruits

Just let it sit overnight and the syrup will absorb the rich flavors of the dried fruits, while the fruits themselves become juicy and plump.
Tip: Dried pineapple has a particularly strong aroma, so use it sparingly.

Prune Soda for a Refreshing Morning Drink

【Recipe】

  • 120 ml ume syrup (one Choya Ume Kit, medium size)
  • 3 prunes

After soaking overnight, the sweetness of prunes blends perfectly with the tartness of ume.
Mix with soda water at a ratio of 1:4 for the best balance.

With dried fruits, you can enjoy ume syrup in a new, distinctive way. Give these simple and refreshing ideas a try!
