Because it is a “seasonal” plum, reservations are limited!
Plum harvest season only happens once a year, around June. We prepare it with fragrant raw Nanko plums that can only be enjoyed at this time of year.

 Even after you finish drinking, you can use "Choya" again and again. Since you can buy just the ingredients, you can enjoy as much as you want in various combinations at a reasonable price for less than half the price of the kit.

Plum production area

Tanabe City, Wakayama Prefecture

This is a single-origin Nanko plum grown organically at Minoru Tanaka's farm. The quality of the plums is controlled and provided in special freshness-preserving bags that control the breathing of the plums from harvest to delivery.

You can easily make it by just reading the instructions and adding the ingredients into the bottle.

Bottle (400ml size, glass bowl: made of heat-resistant glass, heat-resistant temperature difference 120°C, lid: AS resin, heat-resistant temperature 90°C, packing: silicone rubber, heat-resistant temperature 180°C), Nanko plum (produced in Tanabe City, Wakayama Prefecture, 3 grains), sugar (1 type from rock sugar, corn sugar, beet sugar, organic agave syrup, honey), alcohol (120ml/1 type from vodka, gin, white rum, brandy)

Characteristics of 4 types of alcohol

vodka

It has no distinctive taste or aroma, so it brings out the flavor of plums. The taste is closest to standard plum wine made with white liquor.

gin

Finished with a refreshing flavor derived from botanicals such as spices and herbs.

white rum

It has a sweet vanilla-like scent. Recommended for those who like sweet drinks.

brandy

The result is a deep, fruity plum wine with a strong sense of ripeness.
