I’d like to share the very first umeshu combination I made after joining Choya. At that time, I had never tasted homemade umeshu before, and when I tried this one, I was deeply moved. Above all, the flavor of the ume struck me—it was so vivid that the first words out of my mouth were simply: “Ume!!”
