Juro is a variety selected from among 520 seedlings at the Agricultural Experiment Station in Odawara City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
The fruit is very soft and the skin will tear if it falls, so it must be harvested by hand.

In addition to its soft flesh, plums are characterized by a juicy acidity similar to that of a mandarin orange, a peach-like aroma, and a fruity flavor.
The refreshing taste is perfect for summer!

How to make a butterfly plum kit

Making the butterfly plum kit is very easy!

STEP1

Dry the washed bottle and remove the stem from the frozen plum.

STEP2

Add all the plums and sugar alternately to the bottle.

STEP3

In the case of plum wine, pour the sake at the end. (M size: 120ml, L size: 240ml)

*Please be sure to pour alcohol with an alcohol content of 20% or more.
